We got another hot shoot in! Next month should be a little cooler. Hope everyone enjoyed the shoot. I had a great time and things went really well and everyone seemed to make things go really smooth throughout the shoot.

Gunslick filling in for Widowmaker, Boneyard helping The Draw with the computer, Ghost Rider, EB, Boss 45, Calaboose, Eagle Eye, and Laripin for helping on the scoring table. Special thanks to Thirsty and his prayers, he does a great job. Thanks to those who helped RO - Wild Onion Willie, Gunslick, and Calaboose. Thanks to those who stuck around after the shoot and helped to put everything away. When everyone pitches in like this the shoot is more enjoyable for everyone. This club is for the enjoyment of all, we need people to learn to do different aspects of the club so it is not dependent on just a few. If I left anyone out, I apologize.
Hopefully we can do some classes on Range Officer, scoring and hand judging in the near future.
We will be sending out another order for club badges probably after the next Rio shoot. If anyone else is interested in joining the Vaqueros, let us know. The more badges we order at one time the better price we get.
As I said in the shooters meeting, Wednesday, September 21, we will have an evening practice. Setup will be at 5:00PM, shoot until 7:30PM or 8:00PM. If things work out well, maybe we will make it a monthly shoot. There will be a charge of $3.00 if you are a member of the Rio Salado Sportsman's Club and $5.00 if you are not.
